3. Booking and Cancellation Policy

Please book sessions a minimum of 4 hours in advance. Session availability is limited to maintain quality care. Cancellation policies apply as follows:

  • Sessions must be canceled at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time to avoid a late cancellation fee.
  • Private sessions require 24 hours notice for cancellation.
  • No-shows may result in forfeiture of the session from your package.

MaxLab Wellness reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to staff availability, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Affected clients will be notified and offered alternative options.

4. Health and Safety

Participation in wellness therapies involves physical treatment. By booking and attending sessions, you acknowledge that:

  • You are in adequate physical condition to participate in the therapies offered.
  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or limitations prior to participation.
  • New clients are recommended to begin with a Vital Health Scan before starting any therapy protocol.
  • You assume all risks associated with participation in wellness therapies at our facility.

5. Liability Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MaxLab Wellness, its owners, practitioners, and staff shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation in our therapies, programs, or use of our facilities. All clients are required to sign a liability waiver before their first session.

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, graphics, and design elements, is the property of MaxLab Wellness and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.

7. Third-Party Services
